About the role We’re looking for an individual to step up and take point as our Operations Specialist in the Philippines, working directly with our CEO. Some of these responsibilities include: Leading cross‑functional projects that are the Founders’ top priority, reporting directly to our Founders and working closely with them. Driving complex ops projects and supporting recruiting projects as we grow our network of 50‑state licensed physicians. Building systems to manage and triage requests and interest we receive from new companies. Helping hire and build out the Permit Philippines team as we continue to grow. And more. About you Currently living in either the Philippines, South America, or South Africa. Passion for or interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare groups flourish. Experience in operations or related roles. Strong oral and written communication skills. Preference for US hours (e.g. US Eastern Time). Excited by a fast‑paced, startup culture where you’ll navigate ambiguity and solve big problems. Commitment to working a single, full‑time role with full commitment.
