Role Description Autoptic FDEs are responsible for customer success, from pre-sales through implementation and beyond. Responsibilities include: Agents: build and manage change resilience workflows that leverage key Tools and Sources Integrations: design, construct, optimize, and tune third party software integrations Guidance: lead customers as they implement, update, measure, grow, and improve their use of Autoptic change resilience agents Measurement: build customer-specific and company-wide means to measure KPIs and ROI across areas like CFR reduction, incident avoidance, MTTR reduction, observability tool cost containment, etc. Qualifications 5+ years of prior FDE experience working with US clients including a heavy concentration on data diverse (e.g. telemetry) systems Start-up background including early-stage, high-growth enterprise software products Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, incident management, CI/CD and other DevOps tools Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Ability to work directly with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions Excellent problem-solving, communication, English language, and collaboration skills Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Java, Python, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
