What you will do Own end-to-end creation, deployment, and maintenance of complex, automated email campaigns for prospects and customers using Salesforce Pardot. Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals. Work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager to evolve, test, and improve lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding sequences, nurture/drip campaigns, and re‑engagement sequences. Own ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization, and make recommendations to the Campaign Manager for improvements. Develop and own the lead management and CRM/sales handoff strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to continuously improve and create processes for acquisition, retention, lead capture, management, scoring, routing, and attribution. Create and define the segmentation strategy that enables personalization at scale and identify new ways to target prospects, drive growth, and measure impact. Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices specialist. Define requirements for marketing automation tools to deploy transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that improve retention and acquisition. Ensure best practices and continuously improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies and vetting third‑party tools. Evaluate new technologies and systems when needed to improve and optimize mechanisms. Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations, ensuring campaigns are deployed accurately. Partner with relevant teams across the organization to uncover user insights, create an experimentation roadmap, and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness. About you Business degree (marketing or related) with experience in B2B markets, preferably in the energy industry. 3+ years of experience emphasizing lifecycle/email marketing in Salesforce. Proven experience in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, marketing automation, and CRM software (Salesforce Pardot). Experience with marketing automation technology, systems, and tool management; Pardot Consultant certification preferred. Advanced English language skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and a team player willing to take initiative. Customer‑focused, with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs. Effective communicator, able to explain campaign performance and complex concepts simply. Data‑driven mindset—tests, measures, and iterates to optimize campaigns. Proven ability to make sound decisions and adopt best practices. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Understanding of retail technologies (POS, payments, loyalty, mobile).
