This position will be for our Lubes Value Chain for our North America region, working as part of The Marketing Services department. What role you will play in our team Drive revenue growth by delivering the right content to the right people and the right time in their customer journey, to better educate and enable them to use our market‑leading messaging software. Provide actionable analytics and insights across email marketing campaigns to drive performance.Our office is located in Retiro, Buenos Aires (Torre Boston). What you will do Own end‑to‑end creation, deployment, and maintenance of complex, automated email campaigns for prospects and customers using Salesforce Pardot. Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals. Work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager to evolve, test, and improve our lifecycle marketing programs (including onboarding sequences, nurture/drip campaigns, re‑engagement sequences). Own ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization, and make recommendations to the Campaign Manager for improvements. Develop and own the lead management and CRM/sales handoff strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to continuously improve and create processes for acquisition, retention, lead capture, management, scoring, routing and attribution. Create and define the segmentation strategy that enables personalization at scale, and to identify new ways to target prospects, drive growth and measure impact. Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices specialist. Define requirements for marketing automation tools to deploy transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that improve retention and acquisition. Ensure best practices and continue to improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies and vetting 3rd party tools to support team goals. Evaluate new technologies and systems when needed to improve and optimize mechanisms and systems. Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations. Ensure campaigns (including tests, segmentation and complex personalization logic) are set up and deployed accurately. Partner with relevant teams across the organization to uncover user insights, create and design an experimentation roadmap and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness. About you Business Degree (marketing or other), Energy Industry or other B2B Markets. Collaborative and adaptable, willing to take initiative and be a team player. Customer focus – passion for understanding their needs and how to address them. Communicates Effectively – with ability to tell the story of campaign performance and complex concepts in a simple way. Makes sound decisions. Data driven mindset – tests, measures, and iterates to optimize campaigns. Proven Experience in SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing), Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM software (Salesforce: Pardot). Experience with marketing automation technology, systems and tool management – Pardot Consultant certification preferred. Advance English language. 3+ years of experience, emphasis on lifecycle/email marketing in Salesforce.
