Key Responsibilities: Supervising (and occasionally preparing) income tax returns for both corporations and individuals. Supervising (and occasionally preparing) unified gross income coefficients and preparing the annual gross income tax return under the Multilateral Agreement. Managing procedures with national and provincial tax authorities. Obtaining exemption certificates for VAT, Gross Income Tax, and Income Tax, and identifying any potential tax benefits for clients. Staying up to date with changes in local legislation and ensuring that the team applies current laws correctly. Providing guidance on various tax matters and analyzing regulations to address client questions. Ensuring that working papers meet company standards and, when applicable, client policies and procedures. Reviewing the accuracy of tax determinations and analyzing the impact of unexpected changes in tax regulations. Leading and training work teams. Key Requirements: Experience in filing refund requests and recovering tax credits across various taxes and jurisdictions. Master's degree or specialization in Tax Law (Preferred). The role is aimed at a tax-analytical profile, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills. Advanced English (Mandatory). What´s in it for you?
