As a resourceful and strategy-oriented Sales Manager, you will be responsible for scaling Prismique’s Lead Generation division by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding high-quality data buyers across key verticals. Along with our CEO you will shape our buyer-acquisition strategy, implement sales outreach processes, and work closely with our supply teams to ensure consistent lead monetization. What we are looking for We’re looking for coachable, driven professionals who want to become top-tier sellers, directly influence Prismique’s growth, and develop in the high-impact, global industry of lead generation and performance marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Experience in a sales or business development role; Strong comfort with CRM usage and workflow management; Performance marketing and/or lead generation understanding is a plus; Excellent written and spoken English; Strong level of comfort with outreach via LinkedIn and email; High energy, smart, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement; Tech-savvy and comfortable working with outreach, automation, and sales platforms; Self-sufficient and not afraid to put in the work required to build a pipeline from scratch; Process-oriented and consistent — able to design, document, and execute repeatable sales systems; Able to work U.S. time zone hours. What you’ll be doing Become an expert in the lead generation ecosystem, understanding how companies purchase and monetize consumer data across insurance, finance and other high-value verticals; Educate data buyers on how Prismique’s lead generation capabilities help them scale acquisition and increase ROI; Demonstrate professionalism and superior customer service in all interactions; Lead and participate in strategy sessions to define Ideal Customer Personas, refine sales processes, structure outreach workflows, and set KPIs; Prospect for new data buyers using LinkedIn, Google, Apollo/Lusha, and other tools; Use outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate conversations and set meetings; Qualify inbound leads, manage chat and email responses, and schedule demos with high-potential buyers; Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline hygiene; Focus on sourcing qualified buyers that activate quickly and scale steadily; Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technology developments to ensure outreach aligns with market demand; Collaborate with supply, affiliates, and operations teams to match buyer needs with available volume and traffic sources; Attend industry conferences and meet-ups to expand Prismique’s buyer network and partnerships.
