Client Services Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Client Services Account Manager to join our Client Success Team in Buenos Aires. This is not a Sales position but one to develop relationships with our current Advertisers, campaign set up and activations while delivering insights, recommendations, retention, and growth. We expect this team to become a trusted Hispanic Advertisement advisor and customer advocate while transmitting Pulpo's core values and delivering the best client experience. Responsibilities Develop Client digital plan proposals executing with support areas Gather and understand all the information given about how the campaign was sold in the proposal stage Provide dedicated Account Management service for US Key Accounts Daily monitoring of campaign execution Resolve issues in a timely manner Work cross-functionally within Sales (based in New York) and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction Develop client insights, reporting, and analysis to present media plan results Billing conciliation Desired Skills & Experience At least 3 years as Account Executive or Digital Client facing positions Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Digital Bussiness Administration, Advertising or Marketing University degree Strong verbal and written communication skills (Both Spanish and English) Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment Capable of taking initiative and negotiating through difficult situations Strong understanding of Internet terms and technologies Previous experience working from distance with clients will be a plus Regular working shift: 10:00–19:00 and 11:00–20:00.
