Works in partnership with the region's HRBP to execute the HR strategy in the countries. Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes. Advises on HR policies and practices for effective people management. More about the role Acts as a process specialist and provides defined services in a specific area. Be the specialist and provide defined HR services for a given domain Implement necessary process changes in partnership with Centers of Expertise Performs organizational and data analytics and quality management for continuous improvement. Works according to defined standards. Actively identifies improvements following LEAN ways of working.
