As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish—working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. To address these complexities, our HR teams offer a structured, location‑based approach for delivering HR support. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the Brazil Head of HR and Brazil Site Leaders by remaining informed about site‑related issues and advising on site strategies, plans, operations and governance Initiate and execute mission‑first programs to address challenges and opportunities at the site, managing multiple initiatives Define and streamline processes to manage programs of an ambiguous nature, involving cross‑functional stakeholders and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives, develop end‑to‑end program plans and adjust as necessary to stay on track and achieve program goals Measure programs impact and establish metrics for programs that focus on intangibles, using data to make informed decisions Utilize knowledge of Google‑wide processes and program management best practices, leveraging resources from the central Site Experience and Culture Strategy team Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
