Responsibilities Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the pre‑ and post‑sales lifecycle. Leading onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful adoption and long‑term product value. Collaborating on strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities through ups and cross‑selling. Gathering and communicating customer feedback to influence product improvements and roadmap decisions. Requirements English: Flawless communication skills, both written and oral – exclusive. 4‑5 years of experience in a similar role, (SaaS/tech company). Strong technical background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant work experience preferred. Experience with managing Salesforce Flows and Admin preferred; HubSpot.
