Hatch, a full-service consultancy, is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join the Advisory group inSantiago Who We Are The Hatch Advisory practice provides management consulting services while leveraging Hatch’s engineering backbone to deliver sustainable value to our clients in meeting their business, financial, and operational objectives. We have a diverse portfolio of projects that bridge the entire value chain, from transactions support, through business transformation, to operational effectiveness. Our interdisciplinary teams work closely with the clients to develop tailor‑made solutions that solve the world’s toughest challenges. What You’ll Do As aSeniorConsultant, you will make an important contribution to the strategy, design, and implementation of business decisions to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will play an active role in all aspects of client engagements, including gathering and analyzing information,formulating,and testing hypotheses,developingand communicating recommendations, presenting results to client management, managing workstreams or engagements, and implementing recommendations with client team members. Technically leaddifferentworkstreams and some engagements Take a leadership role in formalizing products and services Help to frame the strategy and execution of client engagements and ensureobjectivesare clearlyidentified, agreed, and attained Facilitate client discussions and workshops Delegate effectively toleveragethe strengths of the team, developing / assigning tasks whilemaintainingownership and responsibility for deliverables. Analyze data, clearly organized in a logical manner that can be easily explained to clients or team members. Lead,coachand develop multiple analysts in problem solving model design/construction. Respond to client concerns efficiently, translating client feedback into actionable items for the team. Consistently create highly effective communications material for complex workstreams and integrate for full project deliverable. Identifyopportunities to market our work and drivecontentcreation. Identifycritical issues and structure problem solving process across the project, developing an effective high-quality workplan for yourself, junioranalystsand internal SMEs Understand client needs and support them in understanding solutions andmethodology. Developgrowingclientnetworkand build effective relationships with new clients. 5+ years of management consulting or relevant industry experience An undergraduate degree inEngineering, Business,Financeor equivalent Advanced graduate degreee.g.,MBA, PhD orequivalent isadvantageous Proven experienceworking on projectsinmining, metals,energyor infrastructure Solid functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Transaction Support, Business Transformation, Capital Productivity, Supply Chain, Asset & Maintenance Management, Organization Effectiveness, and Risk Management Strong initiative, eagerness to break new ground and create opportunities for others Self-motivatedanddrivetoleadworkstreams Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions Don't meet every single requirement?
