More about us Global Inventory Management partners with Operations, Maintenance and Materials Management supporting different plants and refineries across US and Canada ensuring the correct stock of materials that enable overall reliability of our operations. What role you will play in our team The IA will be responsible for getting the right material, at the right time and at the lowest total system cost. Manages daily replenishment. Optimizes inventories. Direct contact with Business line and warehouses for US & Canada. What you will do Runs daily bots to ensure PR creation, revision of reservations and revision of planned orders. Creates monthly reports for WH & BL. Hosts meetings with BL. Conducts and leads exercises to optimize inventory. Provides fit‑for‑risk process improvements. About you Advanced English Level. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong analytical skills. Communicates effectively. Collaborates. Shows initiative. Adapts. Creates business value.
