The Opportunity We're hiring a Buenos Aires–based Account Director to lead day‑to‑day client communications, project management, and delivery across multiple public‑company accounts. You'll act as the operational and relationship anchor for key clients, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and communications flow smoothly between creative, product, analytics and executive teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing U.S. startup redefining investor marketing. You'll collaborate directly with our leadership team to help build world‑class programs that connect companies and investors in new ways. What You'll Do Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong communication and trust. Partner with the Creative Strategist on each account, to deliver integrated programs. Manage day‑to‑day operations — schedules, deliverables, approvals, and follow‑ups. Coordinate internal resources (creative, analytics, design, product) to keep programs and deliverables moving efficiently. Lead client reporting and performance summaries, ensuring insights are clear and actionable. Prepare meeting notes, action plans, and project trackers to maintain visibility and accountability. Support new‑business proposals and SOW creation, organizing scopes, deliverables, and pricing. Implement and optimize AI‑assisted tools for documentation, project management, and reporting (e.g., Claude, Gemini). Help identify opportunities to improve process, client satisfaction, and cross‑team collaboration. How You Work Organized and detail‑oriented: You thrive in structure, manage complexity gracefully, and love keeping projects on track. Proactive communicator: You anticipate client needs, provide clarity, and build long‑term trust. Process‑minded: You enjoy optimizing systems and workflows for scale and efficiency. Tech and AI‑literate: Comfortable using tools like Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and AI assistants to manage information and automate tasks. Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Spanish. Able to communicate confidently across U.S. and LATAM teams. What You Bring 5+ years of account management or new business experience at an agency, consultancy or tech company. Proven record of client leadership and multi‑stakeholder project delivery. Strong understanding of marketing and communications workflows. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a bias for clarity and follow‑through. Familiarity with AI‑assisted workflows and willingness to build what's next with us. Comfort working remotely with U.S. clients across time zones.
