Descripción del puesto We are looking for an Account Support Director for our important client who offers accounting consultancy services. This team is responsible for managing the entire client financial process, from price planning to invoicing and collections, ensuring that each stage is efficient and error-free. Main responsibilities of the position: Oversee and manage the financial flow of projects, ensuring that each engagement has correct pricing and is aligned with company policies. Manage the creation and management of engagement codes (E-Codes) in SAP, ensuring that billing terms are appropriate. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations Oversee the invoicing and collections process, ensuring that invoices are issued correctly, delivered to clients, and collected in a timely manner. Collaborate with the US teams, acting as a key point of contact to resolve financial issues and optimize processes. Review and approve invoicing adjustments and reversals, ensuring that any corrections are aligned with contracts and internal policies. Lead and develop the LATAM team, ensuring operational efficiency and promoting continuous improvements in financial processes Ensure the company invoices correctly and collects payments on time, minimizing errors and ensuring project profitability Lead and manage the financial team to ensure the correct fulfillment of objective Requisitos Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business economics or administration More than 8 years of experience in financial management More than 5 years of experience in leadership roles Advanced level of SAP proficiency Advanced level of English verbally and written Excellent attention to detail and organizations skills Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws and compliance Beneficios Hybrid Mode: Twice a week in the office, located at Av.
