Corporate Treasury Back Office Team Lead Globant We are a digitally native technology services company where innovation, design and engineering meet scale. Right now we are looking for a Corporate Treasury Back Office Team Lead to join our team at Globant As a Corp. Treasury Back Office Team Lead you will assist in developing best in class processes and controls to lay the foundation for an efficient and scalable Treasury. As a member of the team, you will be adaptable to an ever-changing environment, wear multiple hats and lead by example. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a multinational team, providing support in daily operations. Become the focal point for other areas to enhance treasury processes. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Oversee compliance fulfillment and requests, such as audits, SOX matrix and Central banks requirements. Assist on the deployment and development of treasury management systems (Kyriba, SAP, Global E-bankings). Lead projects and M&A integrations. What will help you succeed 5+ years of experience working in a corporate treasury environment in multinational companies Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Master's degree in Finance is a plus Experience in SAP, Kyriba, and global e-bankings is appreciated Intermediate/Advanced English At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
