At GHOST SHERPA we are seeking a senior level product designer with deep contracting experience to join us. Summary We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, derives true satisfaction from solving client problems through designs, and who is interested in growing with our small but spirited team. Responsibilities Take ownership of client digital product design projects from project brief to final deliverable handoff, with regular check‑ins with a Creative Director or Design Manager. Contribute to the full design process including user research, defining user task flows and UI, creating low and high‑fidelity wireframes, and iterating based on stakeholder and user feedback. Define and maintain design systems for client products. Prototype, spec designs, and organize Figma files in preparation for handoff to development. Participate in design QA and usability testing. Requirements Deep experience working self‑directed as a contractor. Specify your years of experience as a contractor when applying. A portfolio demonstrating core competency in UX/UI design, excellent design thinking and adherence to a design process. Let us know your most and least favorite parts of your design process. Experience with Figma including auto layout, components/variants, and prototyping. Experience with design systems. Experience interfacing with, collaborating with, and presenting to a cross‑functional team. Excellent fluency in English both verbal, comprehension, and communication. Bilingual/professional level is mandatory. Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and products at once. Nice to have An interest and demonstrated ability in visual design and branding is a big plus. Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior designers is a plus. Remote work and agency experience is strongly preferred. This position is fully remote.
