Job Responsibilities We are looking for a Sr Manager, Creative Operation to lead the engine that powers Trafilea’s performance creative machine. This role is for someone who thrives in high‑volume, high‑velocity environments — a builder who can bring structure, elevate output quality, and ensure every asset is delivered with speed, clarity, and direct‑response precision. Oversee end‑to‑end production of high‑volume performance creatives (video, static, UGC) across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Drive daily and weekly creative rituals including planning, launch setup, QA, and performance reviews. Ensure all deliverables meet direct‑response standards, brand quality, and platform requirements. Coordinate across pods, strategists, production, and media teams to maintain alignment and momentum. Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve execution speed without sacrificing quality. Maintain dashboards and deliver weekly winners/insights to support prioritization and decision‑making. Integrate AI tools and new creative formats into operations to increase efficiency and output. Support testing sprints and the scale‑up of winning concepts across channels. Requirements 7+ years leading creative operations in DTC, agency, or fast‑growth performance environments. Deep understanding of direct‑response advertising , creative QA, and production workflows. Experience managing high‑volume creative pipelines and cross‑functional communication. Strong technical knowledge of post‑production standards, specs, and platform best practices. Ability to interpret creative performance data and translate insights into operational decisions. Highly structured, organized, and comfortable operating with urgency and ownership. Strong communication and team leadership skills, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability. Trend‑savvy and familiar with AI tools that enhance creative production and workflow efficiency.
