The company also focuses on developing green products such as solar farms, battery energy storage stations, electric vehicles, and LED technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies tailored to Latin America markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers and partners to ensure sthe uccessful execution of company plans and goals. Manage dealers' marketing plan and execution successfully. Plan and implement in-store and outdoor marketing activities, promotions, trade shows, and dealer programs to boost brand visibility and sales volume. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Work closely with cross-functional teams in overseas teams to ensure cohesive execution of trade marketing plans. Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities to senior management. Identify and implement innovative marketing techniques to differentiate products in the Latin American market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in trade marketing (with both marketing & commercial experience is a plus), preferably in the automotive, technology, or FMCG industries. Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail networks. Strong knowledge of retail and distribution networks in Latin America, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour. Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience in managing large-scale budgets and marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a focus on achieving results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
