They are the largest supplier of rechargeable batteries globally and have a strong presence in the market for Nickel-cadmium batteries, handset Li-ion batteries, cell-phone chargers, and keypads. The company also focuses on developing green products such as solar farms, battery energy storage stations, electric vehicles, and LED technology. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies tailored to Latin America markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers and partners to ensure sthe uccessful execution of company plans and goals. Manage dealers' marketing plan and execution successfully. - Plan and implement in-store and outdoor marketing activities, promotions, trade shows, and dealer programs to boost brand visibility and sales volume. - Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies. - Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI. - Work closely with cross-functional teams in overseas teams to ensure cohesive execution of trade marketing plans. - Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities to senior management. - Identify and implement innovative marketing techniques to differentiate products in the Latin American market. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in trade marketing (with both marketing & commercial experience is a plus), preferably in the automotive, technology, or FMCG industries. - Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail networks. - Strong knowledge of retail and distribution networks in Latin America, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour. - Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Fluent in both English and Spanish. - Experience in managing large-scale budgets and marketing campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a focus on achieving results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
