Responsibilities Design, deliver and maintain custom data pipelines for active client integrations within the nova ecosystem. Lead scoping calls, gather requirements, and map modern data stack connections. Manage project timelines, set expectations, and act as primary point of contact from integration design through QA and delivery. Maintain integrations built through Funnel and Fivetran, troubleshoot errors and validate datasets. Partner with account teams to understand client business goals and collaborate across technical and analytics teams to ensure integrations power advanced marketing science and reporting. Ensure integrations run smoothly, data is trustworthy and teams can rely on the foundation built. Qualifications 3-5+ years data integration or analytics engineering experience. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or other data programming languages. Strong problem‑solving and ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges. Experience in data modeling, ETL workflows and modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, GitHub, Funnel, Fivetran. Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Looker. Proven client‑facing communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Cross‑functional collaboration across technical, analytics and account management teams. Prior agency experience or managing multiple client stakeholders simultaneously. Understanding of marketing and financial KPIs and ability to employ AI technologies to enhance processes. Key Performance Indicators Onboarding Speed & Completion: >90% of new clients with required data integrated into nova within 30 days. Connector Uptime & Reliability: >90% uptime of Fivetran/Funnel connections and average time‑to‑resolution for connector errors. Data Quality & Accuracy: ≥95% of custom integrations pass QA without critical issues. Most Important Things (MITs) Timely and complete client onboarding integrations. Reliable and error‑free data pipelines. High‑quality, validated datasets powering DI and account teams. Clear communication and accountability across client and internal stakeholders.
