Position Purpose Proactive strategic partner and thought leader to define and manage the digital strategy and create value for business stakeholders. Provides a demand Digital channel that enables the area to identify horizontal opportunities and understand demand trends to drive strategic roadmaps in partnership with the business. Provides Digital Leadership in the market with main focus on marketing / commercial operations. Ensures tight alignment among digital and business stakeholders, maximizing Digital impact for Pfizer overall. Assists and/or defines digital portfolio prioritization and resources allocation. Clearly impacts Patients and HCPs digital journeys as well as the business’ top and bottom lines through innovative uses of technology. Primary Responsibilities Digital Client Partner – Acts as an Ambassador between the Global Digital organization and the country management team. Becomes a trusted partner and technology advisor for the business; acts as a single point of contact and accountability for the client. Works with other Digital groups to fulfill the business needs in the most effective way. Identifies ways to build competitive advantages through technology; leverages global digital capacity and abilities to proactively offer improvements and innovation. Clearly understands a new request and articulates its impact at the appropriate governance forums. Actively engages in and leads broader initiatives, projects or programs. Actively understands, follows and promotes the global digital policies, procedures and methods; influences changes in these elements whenever necessary. Provides transparency into the total portfolio of projects and has ability to prioritize across areas if needed. Responsible for all digital‑related administrative tasks in the market, including budget management. Fosters a “can do” attitude and does not give up in the face of difficulties. Fosters the “One Pfizer” vision and is capable of making and communicating decisions for the best of Pfizer overall. Qualifications Education: BS. Preferred disciplines: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration. MBA or equivalent master’s-level education preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience as an IT Manager in multinational corporations. Open minded, results driven and customer centric professional. English fluency is mandatory. Used to work in large matrix organizations; eager to embrace and drive change, lead by influence, team player. Desirable previous experience in the pharma industry. Solid understanding of financial concepts; end‑to‑end vision about business processes common to large corporations; developed negotiation skills. Capable of recognizing different interpersonal styles; capable of putting out a vision and gaining support for it. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships at multiple levels. Outstanding theoretical and hands‑on skills proven on a relevant project implementation track record; capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Familiar with Agile methodology concepts; experience will also be considered. Work Location On Premise.
