Product Marketing Specialist Avature The Product Marketing team is in charge of designing the product’s roadmap, aligning with market requirements and those of our internal teams. In a software company like ours, Product Marketing plays a principal role, significantly and strategically impacting both the engineering and sales areas. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play an important part in defining how our product is shaped and sold, as well as where it is heading. Within the Product Marketing area, the Commercial Solution Management team is responsible for the commercial and business design of our solutions, including packaging and pricing. They work closely with the product design and engineering areas in projects related to the roadmap and feature development, and collaborate with other teams to make sure features and solutions are successfully launched to the market. Your challenges and objectives- Develop in-depth understanding of Human Capital Management technology and the human resources industry, including Avature’s competitors. - Guide our product’s roadmap and design new solutions or product bundles for market needs. - Consolidate commercial information for new product releases and provide the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in selling our product, including pricing strategies for our solutions and functionalities. - Lead go-to-market activities to successfully launch new solutions and functionalities to customers and prospects. Your day-to-day activities- Conduct market research to gain competitive insights and understand customer needs and business opportunities. - Manage solution design, from research to use cases presentation, working in collaboration with other teams, and finally sharing it with commercial teams. - Create documentation for commercial teams to help them position the product appropriately. - Create roadmap proposals and hold quarterly meetings with different stakeholders (including CEO) to define market analysis projects. About you- Proficient in English. - Permanent residency in Argentina. - Excellent presentation and writing skills. - Knowledgeable about marketing strategies. - Clear communicator and comfortable presenting to large audiences. - Driven and autonomous. - Systematic, analytical, and detail oriented. - Comfortable with tight deadlines.
