I’m helping Sonia Roselli Beauty find a top candidate to join their team full‑time for the role of Email & SMS Marketing Manager . Compensation: USD 1.5K - 2.3K/month Location: Remote (anywhere) Mission of Sonia Roselli Beauty: We're a small, woman‑owned business (just 8 of us) doing beauty differently: expertly crafted formulas in small batches, made by real people creating luxury skincare that gives you skin that looks and feels amazing. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Strategy, SMS marketing, Klaviyo, Gemini, & E‑commerce. You have +2 years experience in Email marketing. English – Fully fluent. Responsibilities: Grow our email and SMS list (double it). Increase sales from email and SMS. Manage the operation: coordinate with other marketing members, content creators, and scheduling systems. Create & run list‑building strategies, improve popups, landing pages, sign‑up forms, build quiz funnels, lead magnets, capture new subscribers. Build & manage all automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back); decide segmentation; keep the list clean and healthy. Handle content from founder: add photos, format, schedule, send. Format, schedule, and manage Substack newsletter posts; add photos, keep subscriber list organized; track performance. Write & proof emails when needed. Who/What You Will Work With: Email designer. Experience Required: 2‑3 years email marketing (minimum). Must have ecommerce experience selling physical products. Must have experience with Klaviyo. Must have experience growing an email list. Experience with marketing. Beauty or skincare industry experience is a plus but not required. Skills You Need: Strategy & Logic Think in systems. Proficient using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva. Understand what makes people subscribe & buy. Data‑driven decision making; test ideas & learn from results. Build trust with skeptical customers. Technical Klaviyo or similar platform expert. Build complex automations & segments. Understand deliverability (stay out of spam). Use Substack to format, schedule, manage posts. Execution Organized & reliable; no cracks. Turn content into finished campaign without hand‑holding. How We Measure Success: List growth & sales. Revenue from email & SMS. Conversion rate (buyers). Flow revenue. Open rate & click rate. Unsubscribe rate & spam complaints. This Job Is a Good Fit If You: Own a system & make it run well. Obsessed with list growth. Love figuring out what's working & doing more of it. Take content and handle all from there. Work independently & solve problems on your own. Work with a small team where your work matters. This Job Is Not a Good Fit If You: Need daily instructions. Only copy what others do.
