With the right people and the right ideas theres no limit to what we can achieve Are you a fit Sounds awesome right Now lets make sure youre a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Design & Production: Lead the execution and delivery of diverse graphic design materials including digital ads, social media assets, presentations, internal communications and print collateral. Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual output is consistent with brand guidelines maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and aesthetic appeal. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Content and other cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and managing stakeholders expectations. Asset Management: Organize and maintain the team's creative asset library ensuring files are easily accessible and up-to-date Must-have Skills AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Experience: Proven professional experience in graphic design preferably within a corporate marketing environment. Technical Proficiency (a must): Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level command of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Digital Tools: Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Figma. Design Fundamentals: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of working independently. Highly Desired (A Strong Plus) Motion Design Skills: Experience in creating engaging animated graphics, short videos or dynamic digital content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
