Recruiting Team Lead As a Team Lead your role will be to ensure your clients are best positioned to attract, source and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. The primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs. Provide guidance to hiring managers & Recruiting Team on talent acquisition processes, controls and policies Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines Lead a Team of Tech Recruiters by setting the right strategy and defining target goals Interact and partner with Recruiting Leads for Argentina (Tech Hub Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Lead, Operations Manager and Team Leads) Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to clients to influence hiring decisions Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls In-house recruitment experience of high-tech roles, working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies, including use of technology and market mapping. Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service. Experience interviewing and managing the offer process for mid to senior level positions. Experience leading 2-4 Tech Recruiters, setting goals and performance review for your team. Broad knowledge of employment laws and employee relations, including specific knowledge of the rules that affect employment. Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence Hiring Managers. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and Human Resources Business Partners.
