Perks & Benefits Competitive salaries Benefits Professional Development Opportunities Flexibility As a Business Intelligence Analyst at JamCity, you will work closely with stakeholders across our games to understand their needs, design insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable analyses. This role is crucial in helping teams interpret data to inform decision-making and improve performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and summarize requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting purposes. Contribute to the creation of educational content to enhance the technical skills of the Analytics team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and experience with a data visualization tool (preferably Tableau). Experience interpreting and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and reports. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them in analyses (e.g., descriptive statistics, trend analysis, or significance testing). 1+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience with Databricks is desirable. Knowledge of Python is optional but beneficial. Additional Requirements Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. Interest in and familiarity with cutting‑edge data visualization technologies and techniques. Soft Skills Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
