What makes you a strong candidate You are an expert in Operations management, Financial analysis, Cross functional coordination. You are proficient in Vendor management, Stakeholder management, Risk management, Purchase order management, Process improvement, Pricing analysis, Hospitality management. Responsibilities Review margins weekly. Identify cost changes, pricing gaps, and margin erosion. Audit quotes and large orders. Prepare margin insights for the founder. Operational Execution Turn ideas into structured projects. Track tasks across teams until completed. Solve operational bottlenecks. Build and enforce processes. Communication (Founder‑Level) Respond to customers and vendors when the founder is unavailable. Handle escalations, complaints, delays, and pricing clarifications. Manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidence. Exception Management Freight and damage claims. Receiving and PO mismatches. Credits and returns. Founder Enablement Organize priorities. Surface risks early. Reduce pressure and noise. Act as a second brain for finance and operations.
