Overview At Kansas City Clinic Advisors , we’re looking for a Virtual Receptionist to join our Patient Support team In this role, you’ll provide high-quality scheduling support to primary care clinics across the United States—helping patients access care quickly, accurately, and with compassion. Responsibilities Answer and triage incoming patient phone calls with professionalism and empathy. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in alignment with provider availability and clinic protocols. Route messages and calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative team members. Communicate appointment details and preparation instructions clearly to patients. Monitor voicemails, message queues, and scheduling requests to ensure timely responses. Accurately document all patient communications and updates in the EHR (Electronic Health Records system). Collaborate with clinical teams to support daily workflow and scheduling accuracy. Qualifications Fluent English (spoken and written) 1 year of experience in an appointment setter, virtual receptionist, patient scheduler, or call center role. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced workflows. Experience with multi-line phone systems and centralized scheduling (preferred). Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes (preferred). About the Role & the Company Hybrid position if you’re in Buenos Aires City (2 days per week in our Palermo office). Fully remote if you live outside CABA. Full-time schedule, working U.S CST hours (11am to 8pm Argentinian time). Formal employment with social security and OSDE 260 coverage.
