Chief of Staff We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join Puente Hnos, a global company that is leading the financial industry. The organization is constantly growing and transforming, with a focus on innovation and delivering excellent service to our clients. As a Chief of Performance Officer, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute key company strategies. Providing direct support to the CEO in managing daily tasks, prioritizing projects, and tracking strategic initiatives. Coordinating and leading important projects and programs, ensuring alignment and effective execution throughout the organization. Collecting and analyzing key data to inform decision-making and business performance. Facilitating effective communication between different departments and teams, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration. Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes and procedures, proposing efficient and scalable solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate degree will be valued). Strong experience in executive leadership roles with at least 7 years of experience in the financial industry. Extensive knowledge and understanding of capital markets and applicable regulations in Argentina. Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Solid experience in leading teams, projects and change management skills, with an analytical mindset.
