**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join Puente Hnos, a global company that is leading the financial industry. The organization is constantly growing and transforming, with a focus on innovation and delivering excellent service to our clients.

As a Chief of Performance Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute key company strategies.
- Providing direct support to the CEO in managing daily tasks, prioritizing projects, and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating and leading important projects and programs, ensuring alignment and effective execution throughout the organization.
- Collecting and analyzing key data to inform decision-making and business performance.
- Facilitating effective communication between different departments and teams, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes and procedures, proposing efficient and scalable solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related.(a postgraduate degree will be valued).
- Strong experience in executive leadership roles with at least 7 years of experience on financial industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of capital markets and applicable regulations in Argentina.
- Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Location in Argentina.
