Business Integration Analyst page is loaded## Business Integration Analystlocations: Buenos Aires (Butty)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R- Conduct Analysis/Development 80%* Assist the Digital Analytics Team by performing data collection, data analysis, digital analysis, modeling and reporting of key measurements* Assist with analyzing and developing innovative new and/or existing process changes* Candidate will utilize Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager to build dashboards to demonstrate website success and enhance the customer experienceProject Management 20%* Build PowerPoint presentations and present insights from analysis to the leadership team* Implement Google Analytics tracking on Assurant websites* Participate in brainstorm sessions in the development of new solutions* Strong written and oral communication skills* Assist in the development of process mapping, standard operating procedures and work instructions**Requirements** ***Education*** Bachelor’s degree in the fields of statistics, business, mathematics, computer science or other related fields is required. ***Previous Experience*** • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. • Experience in data analysis that includes translating insights into recommendations and/or developing reports using tools such as Microsoft Reporting Services or Power BI • Experience with a broad range of best-in-class database tools/analytics/research approaches and/or concepts. Knowledge and Skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail/accuracy • Ability to gather requirements from end users and translate them to an end product • Ability to work independently and in a team to develop innovative solutions • Ability to organize and balance multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines • Good presentation skills • Good critical thinking skills • Knowledge of Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint. • Knowledge of requirements gathering practices. • Great communication and time management skills. • Great documentation skills.## We work with the world’s top brands to make smart devices simpler.
