What we are looking for A dedicated Trading Operations Specialist to become a core part of the Americas‑based trading operations team, working closely with trading, treasury, and wider operations teams during Americas trading hours. Job responsibilities Manage digital asset and fiat trade settlement and coordinate with internal and external counter‑parties to ensure timely and accurate settlements. Reconcile trade from post‑trade to settlement, ensuring correctness and timeliness. Track treasury balances and liaise with trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations. Coordinate with OTC, options, and other trading teams on balances and settlement status; provide administrative and client communication support when needed. Rebalance assets and whitelist crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs. Add and manage new banking beneficiaries; support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements, including confirmation of cut‑off times, fees, and troubleshooting with bank account managers. Track and alert on internal and external client margin and net open positions; liaise with clients on asset transfers to maintain margin thresholds. Document technical and financial issues; provide support to the dev team for improvements and automation. Monitor and project‑manage internal operations ticketing processes; collaborate with trading teams to streamline and improve these. Oversee and improve collection, documentation, and organization of external counter‑party FX and OTC trade data for cost and best‑execution tracking. Help design a more streamlined trade reporting and post‑trade settlement procedure. Background and experience 3+ years of trading and/or trading operations experience, with settlements and reconciliation at its core; preference for crypto‑asset experience. Experience in a crypto or traditional banking environment, handling multiple currencies and various transfer/wire formats, with knowledge of clearing/settlement within cut‑off times. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, etc.). Based in the Americas. Competences and personality Extremely strong attention to detail. Self‑organized and excellent communicator. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies, with an understanding of asset transfers across CEXs and DEXs. Adaptable team player in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent in English. Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile, track, and present asset treasury and balances to internal and external counterparties. Bonus: familiarity with Python and SQL, experience querying trade data, and generating reports and dashboards.
