Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work. Responsibilities Support the General Manager in various projects, processes, and procedures across the company. Organize and manage a complex calendar for the GM. Assist with travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting. Coordinate meeting preparation and compile/distribute thorough meeting notes with clear action items and owners. Prepare and distribute reports and provide administrative support for all business review meetings. Manage Member Experience and Community initiatives for the GM and Community team. Use Medallia to explore improvement areas, capture high‑level action planning items, and track territory impact on Member Experience initiatives. Host office hours for GM and leadership team around member experience initiatives. Handle local office and mailing responsibilities for territory HQ offices and notices. Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure project execution meets GM’s standards and deadlines. Lead team communications for GM, plan regional connection moments, communication channels, and All‑Hands meetings including agenda, deck, and recognition. Plan and accompany senior leadership or cross‑functional visits to the market. Control and assign the community leadership T&E budget. Oversee company‑level reporting and qualitative/quantitative mechanisms to facilitate actionable processes and solutions; develop territory‑level KPIs. Lead execution of high‑priority strategic initiatives and projects for the business. Engage with teams to provide operational projects for the GM portfolio and provide program‑level leadership support when needed. Manage cross‑functional projects or initiatives, bringing together stakeholders to drive decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proficient in English (B2/C1) with advanced written and verbal communication skills. +2 years of experience as a Chief of Staff. Ability to work tactically, quickly, and efficiently to support senior leadership. Proven problem‑solving ability and creative, forward‑looking decision making. Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (as well as Google Sheets and Google Slides). Strong project management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects with many cross‑functional stakeholders. Ability to work with executives and senior stakeholders.
