Fragrance Du Bois is seeking a dynamic sales manager for South America and the Caribbean to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with the brand's US based team, reporting directly to the Vice President Sales of the Americas. This is a hybrid role and we are open to candidates based in South America. About Fragrance Du Bois: Fragrance Du Bois is a leading name in the niche fragrance industry, known for our exquisite scents and commitment to sustainable practices. We are dedicated to crafting unique fragrances that captivate the senses and leave a lasting impression. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a supporting role in shaping our brand's narrative and expanding our reach. We are looking to hire a passionate, results-driven, self-motivated Sales Manager from the perfume industry for South America to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and that sales goals are being met. Working closely with the head office team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the brand salesstrategy and growing the business in South America by opening new doors and establishing and maintaining existing accounts through sales and marketing skills. The person combines excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set while providing high-quality service to customers and should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong social skills. Main Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact with retailers and distributors in the region Be instrumental in the development of new relationships with key retail chains and distributors. Create and execute a plan of action for brand progression in the region. Define budget with Senior Management and ensure target achievement. Regularly visit the stores in the assigned area and build strong in store relationships. Maximize growth potential of stores within the region. Ensure the brand is represented with in line with the current marketing guidelines. Check all pricing and ranging represented in store is accurate and up to date. Follow the marketing plan of the brand, ensuring season activities and product launches are implemented across the region. Be aware of and negotiate store opportunities and keep the brand front of mind for key promotional launches. Balance activity amongst a growing network of small independent doors as well as flagship retail destinations Track the brand performances (sell-in & sell-out data, stock levels, market share, promo intensity) and provide detailed monthly sales, travels, and meeting reports to Vice President of the Americas Analyze regional market trends and competitors' activities to identify challenge and opportunities within the region. Plan and execute training on the brand and on the products among Store Managers and Beauty Advisors Oversee stock ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs. Resolve customer complaints by suggesting prompt solutions. About You: Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience in the Luxury Perfume Industry with references Excellent English and additional fluency in Spanish / Portuguese is a distinct advantage. A combination of distributor, direct and wholesale strong working knowledge Be goal oriented. Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Availability and flexibility to travel frequently Domestic / Overseas. Excellent network and relationship building skills. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
