Head of Quality

Your roles and responsibilities: Quality System and Documentation Management in Bosnia in line with corporate guidelines. Accountable for Product Quality including Input, Production process, Output and after sales Manage the Product Development Process within MEDBosnia in order to make sure internal and external customer expectations are satisfactorily met, through developing and constantly improving appropriate planning, prevention and detection methods. Establishment of all related Quality Standards requirements and implementation Make sure that validation failures are properly problem solved and lessons learned are captured accordingly. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different domain activities for Processes and Projects. Establish a reliable PQE (Project Quality Engineers) to provide effective governance/audit over projects. Capture learnings from the ongoing development and manufacturing process/es, corrective actions, Problem Solving techniques, Lessons Learned and improve existing processes for future use, driving to continuous improvement. Facilitate Auditing of all Development areas and actions for resolving open issue. Your skills and strengths: 10+ years Automotive and/or Quality and/or Management experience Experience deploying quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Problem Solving, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.) Functional Expertise to implement all Quality tools(FMEA, Risk Assessment, etc.) and provide norms(VDA, Customer specific requirements, etc.) Electronics & Mechatronics Product know how Customer Requirements Management and QFD (Quality Function deployment) Experience in legal terms regarding Quality Assurance Agreements Experience deploying major project management methodologies Deep understanding of PDP package Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Communication skills for internal and external interfaces Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations Ability to work efficiently within a matrix management organization Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned tasks forward Persistance and perseverance Do you have any questions?
