We are looking for a Sr Manager Admin & Accounting with the ability to organize, manage, and ensure the proper recording of the financial statements of the company's entities. Our organization is a leading Executive Search firm with a presence across LATAM and Spain, known for our senior team, the quality of our services, and our specialization by areas. Responsibilities Coordinate, supervise and lead monthly financial closings for all countries, including account analysis, accruals, revenue recognition, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Work alongside Accounting and Tax firms to consolidate information for the preparation of financial reports and statements. Lead the Administration team. Prepare, review and analyze individual and consolidated annual financial statements and their disclosures in accordance with local regulations and IFRS. Carry out currency conversion processes for financial statement consolidation. Participate in the external Group audit process. Analyze intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting. Supervise and analyze the preparation of Transfer Pricing studies. Ensure compliance with current legal and tax regulations in each country where the company operates. Collaborate with accounting and tax firms to carry out accounting entries and fiscal compliance for each country. Ensure the security of the information and assets managed, within scope of action regardless of criticality. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures. Optimize and implement continuous improvements to the company's financial information flow and accounting policies in accordance with changes to accounting regulations. Qualifications University degree in Accounting. Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Experience in Financial Statement Conversion and Consolidation processes. Knowledge of taxes and Transfer Pricing. Excellent proficiency in computer tools: Excel, SAP. Proficient in both spoken and written English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
