We are looking for a Sr Manager Admin & Accounting with the ability to organize, manage, and ensure the proper recording of the financial statements of the company's entities. Main functions and responsibilities:

- Coordinate, supervise, and lead the monthly financial closings for all countries (account analysis, accruals, revenue recognition, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries), working alongside Accounting and Tax firms in consolidating information for the preparation of financial reports and statements..
- Lead the Administration team
- Prepare, review, and analyze the individual and consolidated annual financial statements and their disclosures in accordance with local regulations and IFRS. Carry out currency conversion processes for the purposes of Financial Statement consolidation.
- Participate in the external Group audit process.
- Analyze Intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting. Supervise and analyze the preparation of Transfer Pricing Studies.
- Ensure compliance with current legal and tax regulations in each country where the company operates.
- Collaborate and work together with the accounting and tax firm to carry out accounting entries and fiscal compliance for each country..
- Ensure the security, within their scope of action and regardless of its level of criticality, of the information and assets they must manage according to their role.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Policies and Procedures.
- Optimize/Implement continuous improvements to the company's financial information flow, as well as accounting policies in accordance with changes and updates in accounting regulations.
