Descripción de la vacante Nuestro cliente, importante y reconocida Bodega, nos ha encomendado la búsqueda de un Director de Administración y Finanzas para sumar a su equipo de trabajo. Su responsabilidad abarcará la planificación, definición, coordinación y control de estrategias administrativas y financieras corporativas de la compañía, debiendo presentar al directorio los reportes de resultados inherentes a su función. FUNCIONES Gestión económico-financiera (Presupuesto anual, forecast, flujo de fondos, cajas). Análisis de la situación contable y financiera de la compañía. Coordinación y control de cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Manejo de la relación con auditores externos. Planificación fiscal. Representación ante los organismos públicos y privados. Gestión estratégica con entidades financieras. Supervisión y control de la administración de RRHH. Gestión de Asuntos Legales. Análisis y gestión de Costos. Análisis y asesoramiento en proyectos de inversión. Reportes de gestión. Liderar los equipos de trabajo a su cargo. REQUISITOS Formación profesional en las carreras Lic. Administración de empresas, Economía o Contador Público y/o afines. Experiencia laboral previa de al menos 5 años en posiciones de responsabilidad desarrollada en la industria vitivinícola. Inglés avanzado. Dominio avanzado de paquete MS Office. Dominio avanzado de sistemas de gestión. Disponibilidad full-time. Movilidad propia. BENEFICIOS Salario competitivo. Bono anual.
