Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Carlos de Bariloche for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the studio, including budget management, financial planning, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include evaluating financial performance, preparing financial statements, managing costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance fiscal performance and growth. The CFO will also work closely with the executive team to support key business decisions and long-term planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Strategic Resource Allocation
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • In-depth understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and predicting trends
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Leadership and management skills with experience in overseeing financial teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage
