Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high‑performance front‑end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across web applications. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front‑end best practices and standards. Continuously improve user experience through iteration, testing, and feedback. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise front‑end components in a production environment. Contribute to a collaborative, asynchronous engineering culture focused on ownership and impact. Requirements Proven experience as a Front End Engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in modern frameworks such as React or similar. Solid understanding of front‑end architecture, performance optimisation, and responsive design principles. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a product‑driven environment. Familiarity with APIs, version control systems, and modern development workflows. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
