In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of modern, user-centric web interfaces that power a global, distributed platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions that directly impact users worldwide.   • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements and designs into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across web applications.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end best practices and standards.
  • Continuously improve user experience through iteration, testing, and feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end components in a production environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, asynchronous engineering culture focused on ownership and impact.
RequirementsProven experience as a Front End Engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in modern frameworks such as React or similar.Solid understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-driven environment.Familiarity with APIs, version control systems, and modern development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous setup.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
