WHY JOIN US If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Middle/Senior Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients across the U.S. This role requires a strategic mindset, a charismatic personality, and strong technical understanding of IT projects to ensure client success and growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution. Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in-person client meetings. MUST HAVES 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients. Advanced English (written and spoken) – non-negotiable. Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes. Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.
