As a Product Controller in our finance team, you will provide essential support to trading desks and financial controllers, ensuring that profit and loss, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are completed accurately. You will analyze financial information, partner with the business to implement controls, and coordinate across support functions to resolve reporting issues. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering precise financial results and driving operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly P&L information Provide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiatives Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timely Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance Experience with P&L reporting and month-end close processes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented approach Good written and verbal communication skills Team player Strong Excel skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyEager to challenge current processes Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in financial services or investment banking Familiarity with product control functions Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Experience with financial systems and reporting tools Proven ability to drive process improvements Strong organizational skills Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and compliance J.P.
