Position Overview As a Growth Specialist specializing in Google Ads and META ads, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our digital presence and enhancing our clients' online visibility. Working closely with our marketing and client-facing teams, you will develop and implement targeted strategies to optimize advertising campaigns, attract new leads, and drive business growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results for our clients through innovative digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Google Ads and META ad campaigns to achieve client objectives and drive ROI. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and optimization efforts. Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audience segments to maximize engagement and conversions. Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Desired). At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and META ad campaigns, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results. Proficiency in Google Ads and META ad platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working cross‑functionally within a team. Certifications such as Google Ads Certification and META Ads Certification are highly desirable. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., social media advertising, SEO) is a plus.
