de alto nivel.
Tu misión
Hacer crecer a los clientes actuales y abrir nuevas oportunidades apoyando al Head de Growth, a las Leads y a Strategy.
Serás la persona que:
- detecta oportunidades reales de upsell,
- convierte insights en propuestas claras,
- arma presentaciones de alto nivel,
- mide la salud de clientes,
- y ejecuta outreach selectivo a cuentas clave.
Responsabilidades
- Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento en clientes actuales junto a las Leads.
- Diseñar el roadmap semestral de cada cliente (qué ofrecer, cuándo y por qué).
- Medir y analizar el NPS, identificar señales de churn y proponer acciones.
- Armar presentaciones comerciales y Campaigns Actionables (QBRs comerciales).
- Colaborar con BI para incorporar datos correctos en propuestas y análisis.
- Participar en calls comerciales con el Head of growth.
- Preparar materiales (slides, benchmarks, storytelling) para oportunidades clave.
- Ejecutar outreach targeteado a cuentas estratégicas en Europa y USA.
- Coordinar con Growth Marketing para activar acciones de ABM selectivo.
- Alinear insights de clientes con Strategy y Growth para elevar la calidad de Tatam.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en roles de consultoría, growth, estrategia, o account strategy.
- Excelentes habilidades para estructurar ideas y producir presentaciones.
- Inglés Bilingüe, C1 o C2 (obligatorio). Cuantos más idiomas, mejor.
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y convertirlos en insights accionables.
- Criterio comercial para detectar oportunidades y construir propuestas.
- Escritura clara, pensamiento estructurado, muy buena comunicación.
- Perfil autónomo, curioso, inteligente, organizado y proactivo.
- Comodidad trabajando con leads, BI, estrategia y founders.
- Carreras business admin, ingeniería industrial, negocios internacionales y afines.
Plus (no excluyente)
- Haber trabajado con apps o e-commerce.
- Experiencia en marketing.
- Conocimiento o interés en influencer marketing, paid social o growth.
