They are expanding their ServiceNow capabilities and looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer / Platform Engineer to join their growing team. The Opportunity As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with administrators, architects, and end users to ensure the platform runs smoothly, delivers business value, and continues to evolve in line with best practices. Key Responsibilities Maintain a stable, high‑performing ServiceNow platform — including upgrades, configuration, and performance tuning. Collaborate with administrators and users to investigate and resolve technical issues. Design, develop, and implement platform enhancements aligned with the ServiceNow roadmap. Work directly with business users to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Mentor and support other administrators and users through documentation, training, and technical guidance. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational insights and decision‑making. What We’re Looking For Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and SPM modules. Experience developing within a domain‑separated instance preferred. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred Proficiency in: Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Workflows, Update Sets, Transform Maps, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, Reporting, and Service Catalog. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party platforms a strong plus. Technical Skills Familiarity with HTML, AngularJS, jQuery, and Service Portal (preferred). Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML . Strong documentation and communication skills. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of ITIL and Knowledge Management principles preferred. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. This is a fully remote position based in Argentina. This role can be either full‑time, permanent or a B2B contract.
