Liderar la estrategia de trading de la mesa propia y de clientes, alineado al plan de negocios de la compañía. Coordinar al equipo de traders, promoviendo el desarrollo técnico y comercial, y asegurando una operación eficiente y colaborativa. Supervisar la ejecución de operaciones, garantizando cumplimiento normativo y pricing competitivo. Analizar condiciones de mercado y gestionar el riesgo de las posiciones, con foco en rentabilidad y sostenibilidad.
