Submit your resume today Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Lead project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. Conduct post‑project reviews and document lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Preferred Skills Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, software development projects, or system implementations. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project). Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. Previous experience with vendor management. Understanding of IT governance and compliance. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
