What sets us apart Purpose‑driven mission in clinical home care and staffing Opportunity to lead a multi‑department remote team Performance‑based culture with strong support from ownership Full autonomy to manage growth, quality, and people outcomes Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coach direct reports across Authorization, Operations, Compliance, and Intake teams Oversee hiring, onboarding, credentialing, and performance management of RNs and LPNs Ensure audit readiness, document quality, and regulatory compliance Maintain and expand key referral, physician, and hospital relationships Review and optimize lead response time, intake flow, and conversion Manage daily operating cadence and approve go‑live scheduling decisions Own weekly hours forecasting, payroll accuracy, and financial guardrails Develop and monitor KPI dashboards, leading corrective actions as needed Proven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with families, physicians, and partners Fluent English (spoken and written) Proficiency in data tracking, dashboard reporting, and KPI‑based decision‑making Experience managing compliance or operational audits Preferred Qualifications Background in clinical staffing management (RN/LPN, PDN, PCS) Experience in SMB or startup operations Familiarity with credentialing systems, EVV, and Medicaid workflows Tools Used RingCentral, Google Workspace, GHL, Adobe Fill & Sign, CareBravo (EVV/Scheduling), Medicaid Portals Compensation & Schedule Earnings: $3,000-$3,500 per month (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Work Environment: Fully Remote (based in Buenos Aires, Argentina) Core Values Integrity – Doing the right thing, always Accountability – Owning our actions and outcomes Collaboration – Working as one team toward shared goals Excellence – Striving for quality and precision in every task Empathy – Leading with compassion for patients and peers Senior Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management, Project Management, and Human Resources Industries: Home Health Care Services, Medical Practices, and Individual and Family Services This is more than a management role—it’s your chance to shape people, processes, and performance at a company that’s redefining clinical operations.
