The Position The Business Insights Manager designs, implements, and provides insights & analytics on portfolio, franchise, and brand strategy development and execution. The BI Manager has the expertise and work on the analysis of complex data to guide and make decisions based on data. Activities and Responsibilities Built Business Insights area to centralize and manage all the information of the division by creating dashboards and KPIs Analytical thinker and creative problem solver, ability to influence others with verbal and written communication Crafts clear narrative and uses it to develop own perspective and recommendations. Contribute to hypothesis driven investigations into detailed channel dynamics, prescriber, patient, and transactional data Contribute to qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects through collaborating with data trends (i.e. prescriber, patient, payer data) to inform targeting and recruitment Based on data analytics, support the planning process development of market and brand‑based situation analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, as well as relevant identification and development of metrics Responsible for the design of information processes and data models Responsible to co‑create and evolve the data‑driven mindset across the organisation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing or Engineering are preferred) Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data science, business intelligence/insights, real sector, financial sector, or experience in start‑ups Minimum of 3 years of experience in either marketing, primary market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, or Business intelligence Previous experience leading teams with strong communications skills. Customer‑facing skills with experience being a business partner understanding the business and transforming it into what insights would help us grow and make better decisions Desired Qualifications MBA or advanced degree Desirable Studies: deep learning, growth marketing, analytics, business intelligence, data science Previous Pharma experience Knowledge in ETL and Data Representation Tools: e.g. Alteryx, Python, SQL, QlikView, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc. About the Department At Novo Nordisk Argentina our purpose is to promote changes to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases such as obesity, rare blood, and endocrine diseases.
